Cinco de Charlie!

Introducing. . . . (cue the maracas, please!)

Charles Bruce d'Evegnee

The family fiesta in the hospital room post c-section
(You should have seen the looks some of the nurses gave us.)

Amish Fiesta or Abe Lincoln Fiesta?

Dr Watson, who got to break open the pinata
(and is one of the most good-natured people I've ever met).

Did I really give birth to all of those people Aye-yi-yi!

Oh! He is absolutely darling! Ethan told me a month ago about the tiny sombrero, and how excited he was to wear his mustache! You are such a fun mommy! Happy Mother's Day... you deserve it!

I LOVE IT!!!! Little Charles looks like he fits right into the d'Evegnee clan. I love his chubby little face! You amaze me, I would never in a million years had the energy to have a fiesta after having a baby. Snaps for Sarah! I hope you're healing quickly and that the touchy-feely nurse didn't return for more! Can't wait to see you and your cute baby!!

Oh he is muy bueno and you are a shining star! My sister was born 5-5-55 and we always bust a pinata filled with her favorite things. I'm so glad you have one more reason to party around your place. Congratulations all around, especially to your lucky little guy! xoxo

Oh my heavens!! I am just laughing and your creativity and even getting the Dr. in on it!! Impressive! Were there any "coat hangers" involved this time?
